Reflective Consultation and
Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health Services
About Reflective Relationships
Reflective Consultation supports each professional’s use of self-reflection to enhance services and the ability to assist others in reflecting. Current studies have shown that this type of supervision has the ability to increase job satisfaction, decrease burnout, and decrease worker turnover. This, in turn, impacts positively the services being provided to children and families, deepening relationships and increasing social and emotional skills.
